Right Inbox connects to your Google account to do its work, and much of that work happens on its servers: scheduled sends, sequences, and reminders need a service watching your mailbox to function. QuillReply requests no Gmail permission at all. Where Right Inbox is stronger

Outbound volume. If you run sequences, merge campaigns, recurring sends, or want open tracking, Right Inbox is built for exactly that and QuillReply deliberately is not. Those features require a service that holds and watches mail, which is the one thing QuillReply refuses to become.

Where QuillReply is different

• The permission ask is zero. No OAuth consent screen for your mailbox, because there is nothing to consent to. The extension's only host permission is its own API.
• It writes, not just reminds. When the follow-up comes due, you do not just get the email back; one click drafts the chase in your own voice, ready to edit and send.
• Reminders live with your other tasks. Follow-ups file into the task manager you already check, including Apple Reminders with no Apple ID ever requested.
